These are the slides that I used for a short presentation about ‘the metaverse’ and more broadly the value of AR and XR in educational settings. I wasn’t entirely satisfied with my presentation – I don’t think I communicated the three points as well as I would have liked. Perhaps I was also a bit too provocative – although strangely, it wasn’t the comment about the right technology, it was more the comment about ‘we’ve been here before’ that provoked some questions.
